• Low claims excess

  If you have to make a claim our claims excess is only €125/£100.

• Discount for over 50s

  We provide generous discounts if you are over 50 years of age.

• Loss of Rent & Alternative Accommodation

  We will pay the amount of rent you would have received if your home was let or the reasonable cost of renting similar accommodation for the period you cannot live in the home. (see policy wording)

• Fire Brigade charges

  We cover the cost of calling a fire brigade if there is a valid claim under the policy.
